Core Knowledge builds on student experiences by tapping into local community and history and integrates cultural, gender, and philosophical diversity as teaching tools for a comprehensive educational experience. Middle school students have increased fine arts electives including chorus and band and the high school program features AP/college courses, focused study in an art discipline, continued study in Spanish and independent learning opportunities through internships, selection of service-based learning projects and planning and implementation of senior projects.
